TEA: The Road Ahead

As we look toward the fall and into next year (which is less than 130 days away) we continue to look for ways to improve the content, products, and services we offer our members, and to search for new ways to boost our abilities to expand employee ownership in this nation and beyond.

By the end of this year, the employee ownership community will have a powerful new tool at its disposal —for advocacy, education, leadership, and collaboration—that promises to reshape and revolutionize our efforts to serve and expand the employee ownership movement. The ESOP Association (TEA) and the Employee Ownership Foundation (EOF) will open a new headquarters—the International Employee Ownership Center (IEOC)—which will provide powerful new capabilities in these areas: 

  • Advocacy and Engagement
  • Conference Center and Reception Space
  • Entering the Modern Digital World
