It’s that time of year. TEA’s Chapters across the country are now accepting nominations for annual awards!   Each individual TEA chapter awards two major honors every year, the ESOP Company of the Year and the Employee Owner of the Year. All nominees will be recognized during  chapter events, with the winners from each chapter automatically entered in TEA’s national awards competition. National finalists and winners will be announced during the annual awards show at TEA’s National Conference 2025, on May 6-9 in Washington, DC.

Members of the House and Senate are out of session for nearly all of October. That doesn’t mean they’re on vacation; it means they will be back in their districts meeting with constituents, touring facilities, speaking at organizations and events, and otherwise engaging with their voters. Now is the time to contact Members of Congress to get them to tour your business during these open periods!
