The following employee owners and ESOP companies have been honored by our chapter for their excellence and dedication to the values of employee ownership and their commitment to our community. Please join us in celebrating these terrific individuals and organizations!

Nominations are now open for the 2020 Northwest Chapter Awards for Employee Owner of the Year and ESOP Company of the Year

  • Entrants must be members of the Northwest Chapter of The ESOP Association.
  • Only one employee owner of the year nominee may be submitted from each company.
  • Entries are due December 31, 2019.


ESOP Company of the Year Criteria

This award is presented to an ESOP company that demonstrates commitment to employee-ownership and its success in maximizing the benefits of the ESOP, regardless of company size or maturity of the ESOP.

Employee Owner of the Year Criteria

This award will honor a non-management employee of an ESOP company who has taken the initiative to become an exemplary employee owner by learning about the ESOP, helping to educate and motivate colleagues, and actively promotes an employee ownership culture.

Award Winners

Winners will receive an award and will represent the chapter in the 2020 national competition, which concludes with The ESOP Association’s National Conference in Washington DC in May.

All nominees for the Employee-Owner of the Year award not chosen for the Chapter Award receive certificates of recognition.
