Employee Ownership Month Poster Contest
Every October, The ESOP Association and its member companies celebrate Employee Ownership Month (EOM)—a terrific celebration of the spirit of employee ownership.
A big part of Employee Ownership Month is the annual poster competition, which highlights the poster that best embodies and exemplifies employee ownership and ESOP culture.
To generate an entry for the Employee Ownership Month (EOM) Poster competition, some members create an internal contest that is both fun and educational for the entire organization.
The panel of ESOP Association members that judge the AACE competition also select a winner for the EOM poster competition.
Three Steps to Enter:
- Read the EOM Poster Competition Rules and Guidelines.
- Please fill out the new digital entry form (part of the AACE Entry Form) by June 1, 2025.
- Send a copy of your poster to The International Employee Ownership Center.
Congratulations to our 2024 Winner: Van Meter
The winner of this year’s Employee Ownership Month poster contest is Van Meter (Iowa / Nebraska Chapter).
Their poster was chosen from more than 30 submissions. The judges were captivated by Van Meter’s use of the image of the astronaut in space with the powerful message, “ESOP. The possibilities are out of this world.” They thought it really showed the boundless opportunities provided by employee ownership.
