ESOPs in the News: BAYCOM Recognized for Growth and Expansion

We are pleased to report that BAYCOM, a premier reseller and service provider of wireless voice and data communications and video surveillance solutions, has been named one of the “Fastest Growing Companies” by Insight on Business magazine.

“This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our BAYCOM employees,” says Katie Busch, president of BAYCOM. “During the past three years, we’ve significantly expanded our geographic territory and diversified our product offerings so we’re able to meet the needs of a wide range of customers.”

BAYCOM’s geographic expansion has moved the company into states across the country. In partnership with Panasonic, BAYCOM now does business with public safety agencies in 26 states.

“Part of our growth also comes from our response to increasing market demand for video security and door access control solutions. Through our partnership with Motorola Solutions, we’ve integrated those solutions with AI and advanced analytics to make these security solutions even more efficient and useful to our customers. In addition, our technical and engineering teams continue to develop customizable solutions that solve real security needs that our customers face,” says Busch.

New BAYCOM Lifeline Technology Center

To attract new customers and retain existing ones, BAYCOM opened a Lifeline Technology Center in Sun Prairie in 2022. The center was designed so customers could see, interact with and experience state-of-the-art technologies before investing in them.

“The center allows us to work side-by-side with customers to demonstrate how today’s technologies combine to make their operations safer and more efficient – today, tomorrow and into the future,” says Busch.
