Renowned Executive Leadership Coach Keynoting Day 3 of EO2021!

Bonnie Hagemann Will Share Critical Insights From Her Work With CEOs and Leaders of Some of Our Most Iconic and Recognizable Companies and Brands

bonnie

You may not know Bonnie Hagemann, but the leaders of some of the world’s largest companies do. Her current company, EDA (formerly Executive Development Associates) has been at the forefront of executive thought leadership and has worked closely with C-Suite executives of leading companies across industries. Hagemann also has more than 15 years of experience leading consulting firms through times of rapid growth, acquisitions, economic downturn, and downsizing.

The ESOP Association is thrilled that Bonnie Hagemann is joining us at Employee Owned 2021 this year to share her unparalleled experiences and insights gleaned from a long career spent advising CEOs and top-tier organizational leaders. Hagemann is keynoting Day 3 of Employee Owned 2021 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. Her session begins at 11:00 a.m. (PT), and it’s one you won’t want to miss! Ms. Hagemann is also joining our Executive Track Session immediately following her keynote address to offer additional thoughts and perspectives to our CEOs and CFOs.

Bonnie Hagemann has deep expertise in leadership from every angle. She has founded and led companies, led and outsourced functions for large corporations and coached and advised over 200 CEOs and Senior leaders on vision, leadership, strategy, and culture. Boards and leaders engage her and her company to create compelling cultures that last, develop top-of-the-house talent, increase employee connectedness and to work through both general and highly contentious leadership issues.

Ms. Hagemann is also a published author and well-known leadership strategist who coached over 200 public and large private company CEOs and C-Suite leaders and is often called upon as a leadership subject matter expert for the media including MarketWatch, Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, US News and World Report and many more.

When Bonnie Hagemann speaks, CEOs listen. As we were developing this year’s conference agenda, we couldn’t think of anyone more qualified to address our themes of “Adapt, Innovate, Lead” in the context of executive leadership and provide insights on how top-level executives think and act in today’s business climate.

With so much uncertainty swirling around the U.S. economy, ESOP executives must be more dynamic than ever to help their businesses achieve their goals and set them up for long-term success. That means they must constantly be looking at trends both inside and outside their industries to reevaluate, adapt and innovate as the times require. In addition to her role as a top-tier consultant to some of the world’s most recognizable brands, Bonnie Hagemann also leads research and development of EDA’s biennial Trends in Executive Development Report, a critical resource for executives who want to stay at the top of their game. Some key findings from the 2021 Trends in Executive Development Report, published in June, include:

  • We can be innovative when we have to be.
  • Compassion increased and may need to be emphasized going forward.
  • We need
    • leaders who understand the whole company and not just their silos
    • critical thinkers at every level
    • increased communication & transparency
    • ability to lead through change, change, and more change
    • employees who are empowered to use their critical thinking skills
    • companies who are genuinely committed to equity & inclusion

As ESOPs look to the future, our members must ensure that not only the current generation but also the next generation of company leadership is being actively identified and developed. And our executives must be able to react and adapt through adverse conditions. This means both externally as well as internally, in your company’s processes, culture, indeed in everything that makes a business function, as times change and best practices evolve.

Bonnie Hagemann has helped guide her clients and her own companies through the highs and lows of the American business landscape. A visionary leader who coaches and develops other visionaries to help them be the best they can be, we are extremely fortunate to have her participation in this year’s Employee Owned 2021.

If you are a leader in your ESOP, or if you want to learn more about how the best and brightest leaders in the business community adapt, innovate and lead, you want to be sure to mark your calendar for this event!
