TEA COVID Vaccine Policy for In-Person Events

The ESOP Association COVID vaccine policy for in-person events:

In consideration of the health and safety of our attendees, presenters, venue staff, other patrons, and the communities serving as hosts to our events, it is the policy of The ESOP Association that in-person attendees at TEA Conferences and Chapter events must either be fully vaccinated against the COVID virus or provide a negative COVID test administered no earlier than 72 hours prior to the event start and agree to wearing a CDC approved mask during the conference.

During registration, participants will be asked to provide the date of the final dosage and the type of vaccine received. However, if a person does not wish to provide this information or is not fully vaccinated for some reason, the person may attend if they agree to provide a negative COVID test administered no earlier than 72 hours prior to the start of the conference and agree to properly wear a CDC approved mask while at the conference. All in-person conference attendees must abide by other best practices to minimize risk of exposure to others.

The ESOP Association offers a wide range of educational opportunities through online and virtual conferences.  If you are unvaccinated against COVID-19, we encourage you to register for an online or virtual conference that you can find through our conference page or events calendar.
